Sweet Treats With No Added Sugar

Your plate does not always have to be sugar-laden!

Let’s admit it, we’ve all experienced cravings for sweet treats and especially if you’re watching your sugar levels, it can be a little challenging to fulfill your sweet tooth without worrying about it affecting your health.

Sweet treats are easy to come by but finding healthier options is where the challenge lays. While ultimately everything converts to glucose in the body to give it energy, avoiding refined sugars especially can be helpful for your health.

We understand the struggle and therefore, here are two recipes you can try at home that do not have any added refined sugar and yet they fulfill your sugar cravings.

Our strawberry jam is fragrant and its naturally sweet aroma will fill the air of your home. Same goes for our banana pancakes, they’re soft, fluffy and can be made in just about 15 minutes. Do try them out!
